Poor delivery and customer service
I paid for postage for my items. DPD the courier didn’t even attempt to deliver it to my address. Instead I got a text saying I had to go to a shop in town to collect it. Extremely inconvenient. When I went to collect I was left waiting for 10 minutes as they couldn’t find it. I contacted Finery customer services to complain and I have not had the courtesy of a reply! Disappointed.

I like these dresses, but returns are not great
I like these dresses. they are not great quality but for the price that is OK and I really like the stye of their dresses. I had bought 9 and had to send back 3 in total from 2 separate orders. That is where it all falls down they are very slow about returns and I had to get resolver involved when they did then refund, but it is a pity to have to do that.

Faulty buttons
Love the jeans but disappointed that the buttons were faulty (came apart) on one of the pairs when they arrived.

My order came very quickly and arrived well wrapped in a box and also covered by a bag which was not necessary either one or the other would have done saving wrapping for the planet etc One of my purchase’s l returned due to the hem not being strait but have ordered another which seems fine The items were greatly reduced and were good value for money so all things considered I am happy with my purchase from finery

Terrible Customer Service!
Terrible customer service! Didn’t reply to my countless emails about being overcharge. I recommend you do not use this company and look elsewhere instead.

I have bought three dress from Finery over the past couple of weeks. All bought in their brilliant sale, and every one one of them are lovely. Fit like a glove. On line ordering was easy and delivery was super fast. I will have no hesitation in ordering from them in the future

Dress Refund
I have returned a dress on the 6th of January, they received the return on the 8th. Despite 3 emails, so far I have received no correspondence from them Appalling communication, still no refund.
Customer service non existent.

Please, please, please DO NOT buy from this company. I returned items to them over two weeks ago and have proof that they were delivered. They state that they haven't received them, which is a bare faced lie. They don't answer emails and only responded once I had involved PayPal. Struggling to get a refund from them. I have got both PayPal and Clearpay involved. Next stop Trading Standards.

AVOID as their clothes are overpriced tatt. Really poor quality for the ott prices. I bought one in several sizes to try for my dad’s funeral as their sizing varies from dress to dress! They arrived in such a bad state, hems were wonky, buttons hanging off as not sewn properly. I was desperate so had to keep one but I had to sewn buttons on properly and hoped no one noticed the wonky hem with dress being a midi, it’s actually shrunk in wash now on 20! So can’t wear it now. Customer service ignored my email and it mentioned my dad’s funeral so a pretty callous company that only care abt their profit. The reviews on here praising them & their dire clothing are suspicious! I’ve reported them. AVOID to save your money & hassle.
No customer service
No acknowledgement of emails received on missing order. Only one contact in two weeks to ask if I'd like order to be resent. Then nothing in response to my answer. Klarna payment taken and not refunded. Still no contact to more emails about refund but company happy to send out review emails.

Dress out of stock but took 2 weeks to let me know! Very slow response to my many emails then charged for postage even though nothing ever posted to me. 3 weeks later this has been refunded but a very slow and worrying process. It has completely put me off ordering anything else. Appalling customer service and very slow responses

Unusual way to pay?
Ordered a dress yesterday, payment on debt card went through. Following day has email saying it was a security check and a refund was of £1 was going back on my card and I had to email them when this was completed before my order is dispatched? Anyone else experienced this?
